Eric Oiye – Technical Director
Founder and Director of Elitespace Builders Limited and Lead Team Leader. He has over 10 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering Design, Building Construction, and Project Management. He holds a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from Railway Training Institute, Diploma in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil & Structural Engineering from The Technical University of Kenya. His expertise spans construction material specification, drainage and wastewater management, residential and commercial buildings, landscape architecture, and pavement engineering. He has previously worked with Cement Innovations, Bamburi Special Products, Northern Construction Company Limited, Kaizen Industries, and SeAH Network (Korea). Under his leadership, the company has successfully delivered over 50 projects in civil engineering and general construction.
Stanley Ngechu – Technical Director
Managing Director and Lead Designer at Elitespace Builders Limited. He is a practicing architect based in Nairobi with experience across the East African region. He holds a Diploma in Architecture and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Studies. He has handled various architectural projects from concept design to construction supervision. His design approach focuses on balancing beauty, functionality, and cost efficiency, ensuring every project achieves optimal architectural and structural value.
Felix Ohadha – Technical Director
Director and Project Engineer with extensive experience in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, and General Building Construction. He holds a Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering and is currently pursuing a Degree in the same field. He has worked with various county civil works departments and major construction companies, contributing significantly to Elitespace Builders’ growth and project delivery excellence.
Stephen Abayo – Site Engineer
Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from Kenya Polytechnic with 10 years of experience. Kenyan national fluent in Kiswahili, English, and Luo.
Isaac Oiye – Accounts Manager
Bachelor of Commerce (Finance/Accounts) from Kenyatta University with 10 years of experience. Fluent in Kiswahili, English, and Luo.
Eugene Oduma – ICT Manager
Bachelor of Computer Science from Kenyatta University with 7 years of experience in ICT systems and management.
Josephine Aloo – Clerk of Works
Diploma in Architecture from Kabete Polytechnic with 4 years of experience in construction supervision and project coordination.
Derrick Yamo – Site Supervisor
Certificate in Building Construction from Railway Training Institute with NCA accreditation and 5 years of experience in site supervision.
Brian Omondi – Building Technician
Diploma in Civil Engineering from Railway Training Institute with 6 years of experience in construction and technical site operations.
